6.8% Alc./Vol ... We’re proud to present a collaboration with our dear friends at Legends Haul Supply Company. This American Farmhouse Ale is brewed with local Purple Shiso Leaf supplied by the lovely people at Zaklan Heritage Farm. Shiso is a traditional Japanese herb that has very similar characteristics to hops. It imparts bitterness and herbal earthy notes which can be perceived on the backend of your palate in this ale. To complement and brighten things up we’ve incorporated Yuzu citrus which shines through in the aroma and as the upfront flavour. Lastly, we’ve taken the time to bottle condition the ale which creates a beautiful pillowy head and ultra fine bubbles.
