Barrel Aged Sour with Local Raspberries. A blend of mixed fermentation beers aged in red and white wine as well as Bourbon barrels and refermented on hundreds of pounds of ripe raspberries from the Fraser Valley. The result is a complex, fruity, sour beer that pours a bright red with a soft white head. Bursting aromas of ripe red berries with notes of vanilla and coconut from the wood. Complex flavors of citrus and raspberries with a subtle Brett funk lead to a jammy sweetness balanced by bright acidity 7%
