Bourbon Barrel Aged Belgian Dubbel. Released in celebration of our fifth anniversary, the name Evoluta represents both our evolution as a brewery in our 5 years of operation and the evolution of this beer as it aged in bourbon barrels. A classic Belgian-style Dubbel complimented by the complexity added from the barrel aging process. It pours a reddish brown with a persistent, fine amber head. Aromas of dark fruit, caramel and toasted oak, lead to rounded flavours of prune, vanilla and a subtle roasted character. The finish slightly sweet with a medium body. 9%
