"Alsatian-American Pilsner".

The "Alsatian-" in the title refers to a fun lil' hop called Strisselspalt, native to the Alsace region of France. This varietal is super low in alpha acids and embodies classic noble hop characteristics with floral, herbal, and subtle citrus notes.

We used malt from a small family farm in Oregon. It's the base for almost all Temporal beers, just beautifully expressive grain expertly grown and malted. That's where the "-American" in the title comes from.

These two ingredients (plus water and yeast) make up this crispy boi, with the malt contributing grassy notes and the hops layering on a bit of nuance without being overbearing. The mellow bitterness allows the malt character and terroir to take centre stage, letting the unique qualities of this ingredient shine.

The label features a combination of the classic Temporal watercolour (painted by the wonderful @shell.ography ) and the classic Slow Hand aesthetic.
