6% Alc./Vol ... A collaboration beer brewed with our friends from Luppolo Brewing. This beer was brewed with a massive addition of Galaxy, Eclipse, Comet, and Southern Star hops in the whirlpool, then fermented cold with a German lager yeast strain, and finally double dry hopped with even more of the same hops. The flavour profile is crisp and refreshing with an intensely hop forward aroma and flavour consisting of with citrus, melon, pine, and tropical fruit.
