This beer showcases one of BC's native fruits. Blackcurrants are heavily tannic and tart. We brewed a full-bodied, soft, and sweet base beer to counter the intensity of over 30kg of blackcurrants, with a hop selection that complements herbal, berry-llike notes. The result is an intensely red-purple hue, with a grape-candy-like aroma and tart finish. 5.0%ABV. 10IBU
